Summer Self-Care Starts With Passion & Growth | Collaboration

When the ladies at Passion and Growth shared that the theme for their July subscription box was "Confidence," you know I couldn't resist but jump in with both feet!

Passion and Growth is a monthly treat box of self-care goodies all themed to help you take a minute or two for yourself and focus on what is really important to you in your life.

To me, 

"Passion" is about owning your self-worth unapologetically and using that self-value to fuel the courage to take action that reveals "Growth"!

These two go hand in hand, which is why their mission excited me to include 1000 copies of Show Up Confident as the featured personal development book in their July box service offering.

My top summer self-care favorites are always:

• A new journal. I end my year of aims at the end of June, so July is a time for me to reflect and decide what's next. I get it all down in my journals.

• Tons of sunscreen and skincare for all the days in the sun. From my decades as a skincare consultant and educator, I know that protecting with SPF reduces aging and protects against the harmful effects of the sun. My go-to is SPF 30 or more.

• Great summer dresses chosen to flatter my 16 body measurements and proportions - and all in my Hue and Style® color palette (of course) to help me feeling good in my body and with my expression when all the skin is out!
